A One Sky Balloons was established in 1996 in Kirari Suleman Nagar, North-West Delhi under the technical direction of Mr. Asanavi Ali. What began as a dedicated fabrication shop for high-visibility rooftop advertising balloons has grown into one of North India's most capable direct manufacturing facilities for commercial-grade event inflatables.
Unlike retail dealers, online aggregator portals, and commission agents who simply trade imported or third-party items, our entire operation runs under one roof: from initial 3D computer modeling and pattern plotting to multi-needle heavy sewing, high-frequency radio welding, and 48-hour continuous air-retention testing.

Automated flatbed cutting tables slice genuine 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin with millimeter accuracy. High-grade UV curable inks ensure scratch and fade resistance.
Heavy Synchronized Sewing & RF Welding
Sky balloons are high-frequency heat-welded for 100% airtightness. Bouncy castles undergo double and quadruple stitch rows using heavy bonded nylon threads.
24 to 48-Hour Continuous Pressure Test
Every completed unit is inflated continuously on our shop floor for 24-48 hours. Seam tension, zipper seal, wall deflection, and blower pressure are rigorously verified.
Blower Matching & All-India Road Dispatch
Each unit is packed with a calibrated copper-motor 220V blower, repair kit, and heavy-duty carry bag, dispatched with door-to-door consignment tracking.
